2. Investors within Australia must comply with the following:
2.1 Personal Offers - Section 708 of the Corporations Act 2001
Investors who by an act or an action have indicated a willingness to consider participation in a personal offer to Edgevertise may invest subject to the condition that no more than 20 investors, with an aggregate investment of less than $2 million in any given 12 month period, are accepted by Edgevertise.
2.2 Sophisticated Investors - Section 708 of the Corporations Act 2001
Sophisticated Investors need to be certified by a qualified accountant as having $2.5 Million dollars AUD in net assets, or an annual gross income of $250,000 AUD for the past two years. Certification is required.
2.3 Professional Investors - Section 708 of the Corporations Act 2001
Professional Investors need to be certified by a qualified accountant as being a professional body with at least $10,000,000 AUD under Management. Certification is required.
